IT Service Delivery Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee our client's IT service management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • The successful candidate will have proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or in a similar leadership role within IT service management.
  • Able to manage service delivery teams, processes, and projects with ease.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead under pressure.
