- Develop and execute state-wide strategic plans.
- Drive business development, client retention, and service excellence.
- Oversee operational and financial performance, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
- Implement growth strategies tailored to the NSW market.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with clients and developers.
- Ensure top-tier service delivery and oversee portfolio performance.
- Lead business development efforts with a focus on customer value and long-term relationships.
- 4-5+ years of leadership experience in strata management, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proven ability to think strategically and lead teams effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in financial oversight and portfolio management.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering service excellence.
- A current Class 1 or 2 Strata License.
- $140k - $180k + Super based on experience level
- Performance-based bonuses tied to both personal and company success.
