Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will travel and work remotely to provide competent and efficient services to various locations.

You will contribute to a professional environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

This role will work semi-autonomously and will have to manage and take responsibility for their workload and job scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of mobile plant equipment.
  • Produce detailed reports on machine condition and technical assessments.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the design and function of Komatsu equipment.
  • E nsure the quality of work is aligned with industry documentation and specifications.
  • Liaise with customers where appropriate and report on customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a mobile plant trade certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining construction and utility mobile plant.
  • Able to work independently and autonomously.
  • Commitment to safety and ability to work in remote areas.
  • Possession of a current LR/MR/HR license or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
