Job Title: Service Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:As a Service Maintenance Specialist, your primary responsibility is to plan and execute customer service visits in a structured manner. You will utilize digital reporting tools to record daily activities and complete field service reports for every maintenance call attended.
Your tasks will include commissioning, service maintenance, and after-hours commitments, all carried out in a professional and efficient manner. You must maintain relationships with customers, providing feedback to the team, and keep up-to-date with training requirements across multiple technologies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the company vehicle and personal appearance to the appropriate standard. You will also manage spare parts, keeping a personal inventory, recording, and reporting usage.
Safety is a top priority, and you must comply with all work, health, and safety obligations. You will actively promote safety in the workplace and perform daily duties as required, including overnight or longer trips, attending customer calls, and working in various environments.
