Job Title: Systems Compliance Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Systems Compliance Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management, maintenance, and improvement of our systems and processes across safety, quality, and environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving company management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
  • Supporting document control, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinating subcontractor prequalification and tracking compliance.
  • Supporting internal and external audits, monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Monitoring changes in legislation, standards, and client requirements, updating records as needed.
  • Assisting with compliance and assurance reporting for leadership teams.
  • Contributing to initiatives that embed practical HSEQ frameworks across business units.

Requirements:

  • A background or qualification in Health, Safety, Environment, or Quality.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems.
  • Some exposure to audits, document control, or compliance monitoring.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and curious mindset eager to learn, contribute, and simplify processes.
  • Strong communication skills, working across teams to support a positive safety and quality culture.
