A newly created opportunity exists for a Data Compliance Specialist to join us in Melbourne on a 6 month fixed term contract.

About the Opportunity

This role will play an active part in administrative support across the operations team to enhance key processes and systems.

The Data Compliance Specialist will be responsible for developing reporting for key operational processes to monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities.

Regular compliance reporting as per the governance framework and related stakeholder communication plan will also be completed by this role.

Additionally, support will be provided in relation to stakeholder management, communication and reporting for improvement projects.

A key aspect of this role is advocating new ways of working through process and system improvement projects.

About You

You are a strong administrator with experience in system compliance reporting and analysis. Experience in managing key operational processes and working effectively with stakeholders is highly valued.

You will bring your ability to juggle priorities, work with reporting and compliance, and knowledge of working with SharePoint to this role.
