Workforce Compliance Specialist

The primary administrator and subject matter expert for our workforce compliance platform, Beakon.

This cloud-based system supports key functions such as contractor management, permit-to-work, incident reporting, risk management, e-learning, and audit processes.

Maintain system configuration, ensure smooth operation, monitor data integrity, and support users in completing their compliance tasks within the platform.

  • Configure and maintain Beakon modules to meet business needs, including inductions, training, permits, contractor onboarding, and incident management.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to protect sensitive data.
  • Create and update workflows, forms, and templates as required.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and liaise with Beakon support when necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Beakon-related queries.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for staff, contractors, and managers.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Monitor data integrity within Beakon to ensure accurate and complete information is passed to downstream systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring Beakon module configurations meet business needs.
  • Managing user roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Creating and updating workflows, forms, and templates.
  • Monitoring system performance and resolving issues.

This includes maintaining system configuration, monitoring data integrity, and providing support to users.
