Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned environmental professional to join our team working on Victoria's Suburban Rail Loop project.
- Promote an environmentally conscious work culture, fostering diversity and inclusion across teams.
- Collaborate with Zone Environment Teams to establish environmental objectives, maintain Environmental Management Systems, and implement best practices.
- Evaluate compliance with legal, regulatory, and project-specific environmental requirements.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement of environmental systems and initiatives.
- Coordinate programs of work, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Manage accurate environmental data reporting, record-keeping, and support Information Communication Technology system development.
- Deliver environmental training, inductions, and awareness programs across the project.
- Communicate environmental matters effectively to staff and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or associated disciplines.
- Certificate IV in Environment.
