Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Professional to join our team, who will conduct client consultations, negotiate and convert bookings into confirmed sales, develop strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery, and maintain accurate client information in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations to ensure venues align with their event vision.
  • Negotiate and convert client bookings into confirmed sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in event sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented organisational skills to manage multiple clients and bookings.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
