Job Title: Sydney Event Experience Manager

About the Role:

The Event Experience Manager will oversee operational excellence for holistic guest experiences during executive receptions, partner events, employee events, and other gatherings on specialty floors and employee floors.

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence during live events, utilizing internal event management tools, templates, and approved scripts to deliver best-in-class experiences that are unique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of operational excellence for guest experiences during executive receptions, partner events, employee events, and other gatherings on specialty floors and employee floors
  • Demonstration of strong customer service skills and proficiency in executive interactions during events
  • Multitasking and managing multiple simultaneous live events
  • Consistency with client brand and design standards in all customer-facing areas during events
  • Logistics for customer-facing meetings, company-wide events, and programs during live event phases
  • On-site event logistics to ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Global Security & Safety policies
  • Utilization of REWS ticketing system and run sheets to manage assigned events from start to finish during live executions
  • Management of external relationships (agencies, vendors) on-site during live events

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has event operations experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and maintains composure under pressure during live events.

You have experience working in similar roles in corporate environments and now look to take on your next challenge.

A passion for quality and attention to detail is essential for this role.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
