Commercial Contract Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contract Negotiator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the commercial success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts and commercial coordination within the mining, engineering, or heavy industry sectors. A minimum of 5 years' experience is required, with a proven track record of managing and leading commercial and legal contract negotiations with international clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and lead commercial and legal contract negotiations with international clients
- Oversee tendering processes for drilling works and related services
- Participate in debt refinancing activities and support commercial decision-making
- Coordinate contract documentation, compliance, and execution
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal teams as required
- Exposure to large-scale international projects
