Job Opportunity: Commercial Contract Manager

This is a fantastic chance to join a respected commercial contractor on a high-value project, based North of the River. The role offers structure, strong project backing, and the opportunity to be part of a well-resourced team delivering a prestigious construction project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage head and subcontractor agreements from award through close-out
  • Prepare and process variations, progress claims, and contract reports
  • Support procurement, budget tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, site team, and consultants
  • Evaluate all commercial processes to ensure alignment with project timelines and company standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of cost control, construction contracts, and procurement
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Jobpac and Procore
  • Perth-based experience and Australian working rights are preferable
