Job Title: Commercial Contracts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Coordinator to join our team. This role involves administering contracts, managing procurement processes, and supporting tender submissions.

The successful candidate will have experience in contract administration, negotiation, and management. They will also have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering contracts and managing procurement processes;
  • Supporting tender submissions and negotiations;
  • Managing payment claims processes;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected and compliant with internal standards;
  • Providing commercial input to project and tender teams;
  • Identifying and resolving potential contractual and commercial issues;
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and environmental considerations are integrated into daily activities and contract programming;
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related discipline;
  • Proven experience within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and contract law;
  • Confidence in managing contract negotiations and issuing contractual notices;
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on documentation accuracy and compliance;
  • MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights;
