Job Summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in understanding customers' business issues, capturing and defining their requirements, and translating them into effective solutions that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Definition and Design

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements through workshops, document analysis, and solution walk-throughs.
  • Design system configurations and create custom documentation to meet functional needs.

Build and Test

  • Assign configuration tasks and execute comprehensive test plans, including test cases and scripts.
  • Support defect remediation and ensure system configurations meet customer requirements.

Consulting and Training

  • Deliver product demos, tailored training sessions, and expert configuration advice.
  • Provide project guidance and lead Configuration Analysts on key tasks.

Product Specialist Duties

  • Develop deep product expertise to analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Act as a product expert in meetings and deliver impactful presentations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide post-project support and contribute to product improvements.
  • Accurately track time and meet utilization targets.

Requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent qualifications or experience.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience in business or software analysis/SAAS or other software implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and analysis, designing solutions for SAAS or other software implementation, and working within project teams in a software development context.
  • Eligible and willing to obtain Security Clearance (must be a Citizen of Australia).
