We are seeking an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to join our APAC Consulting Services team as a Senior Implementation Consultant for construction. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will utilize your construction industry and technical knowledge to help our customers implement innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Autodesk's largest customers to implement innovative construction solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows, handover/turnover, and more.
- Analyze, improve, and implement processes and workflows to optimize customer outcomes.
- Lead consulting engagements with customers, documenting the value delivered during those engagements.
- Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows, configuring solutions based on product capabilities and customer needs.
- Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products, defining and documenting detailed use cases.
- Collaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk colleagues to deliver solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Provide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements.
- Contribute to task estimation and scoping, including scope clarification with customers.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on the development and delivery of digital solutions.
- Experience of the following construction industry processes: preconstruction, document management, project management, quality management, safety management, and handover.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering impactful presentations.
- Ability to drive decisions and closure on issues.
- Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project delivery teams, breaking down complex topics into a common language.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time, including international travel.
- Autodesk product expertise (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360).
- Knowledge of competitor solutions in the construction industry.
- Advanced experience developing and implementing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners.
- Experience using Autodesk products such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and InfraWorks.
- Experience driving change at the enterprise level.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650.
