Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to provide subject matter expertise on the nCino platform, technical design, and configuration for clients over $25 billion in assets. This role will require collaboration with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development Team, and Professional Services Team to develop customized environments and address prospect scenarios during the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • 80% Technical: drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of the platform and development platforms
  • 10% Analysis: performing detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycles and while completing RFPs
  • 10% Project Management: leading training webinars for nCino employees and maintaining training materials for new hires
Qualifications
  • 4 years full-time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience required, certification a plus
  • Familiar with European banking regulations and governance
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
  • Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes
  • Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry
  • Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills
