We are a world-class multi-venue precinct with five iconic venues, delivering hundreds of events each year.


As an Event Workforce Coordinator Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, delivering and coordinating our event workforce, consisting of over 800 customer service, security and operations team members.


This is a permanent, full-time position working a standard 5-day week on a flexible basis across Monday-Sunday in line with our event calendar.


The salary for this role is estimated to be between $70,000-$90,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Workforce Scheduling: You will be responsible for rostering team members across our five venues for various events, ranging from 10 to 400 team members per event.
  • Event Day Workforce Operations: As the face of our Workforce Operations team, you will support the delivery of our events by attending event days and ensuring that the workforce is prepared and equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Workforce Development Projects: You will be instrumental in supporting projects such as recruitment, learning and development, equipment management, uniform distribution, performance standards and policy development.
