Empathetic Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate support specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals across the lifespan.
As an experienced support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered interventions with a systemic focus, including therapeutic support and training to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments, interpreting findings to collaboratively determine and achieve goals that align with client needs.
- Monitor signs and symptoms of risk and acute distress, reporting and addressing as necessary.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Current registration with relevant professional body.
- Experience working with diverse client groups.
- Excellent time management, communication and writing skills.
- Relevant insurance coverage.
- Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
