Key Responsibilities

- Manage a diverse portfolio of SME clients, providing proactive support and guidance to drive business growth

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to meet client requirements

- Conduct credit risk assessments and develop recommendations for approval or rejection

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and the business

Requirements

- Proven experience in SME banking, with a strong understanding of lending practices and credit risk assessment

- Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional relationship management style

- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with confidence and energy

- Sound understanding of compliance requirements and ability to work within regulatory frameworks
