Lead SME Business Banking Team in Regional Queensland

As a seasoned business banker, you have the opportunity to make a real impact by leading and shaping our SME Business Banking team across Regional Queensland.

With a strategic lens, you'll drive deep and meaningful customer and community relationships across Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with business lending requirements from $250k to $3M. This will not only give them a great experience but also lead a service revolution through innovation, productivity, and efficiency.

As an inspirational leader, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to coach and mentor our team of business bankers and take their performance to the next level, driving profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships

Requirements:

  • Commercially focused and risk astute
