About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst Resource Planning to join our team at QantasLink. As a key member of our Workforce Planning team, you will play a critical role in evaluating immediate and future resourcing requirements to optimize resource planning for Cabin Crew and Tech Crew.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate historical trends and future demands to deliver an optimal manpower solution
  • Develop and implement cost reduction and productivity initiatives through resource utilization
  • Provide high-level analytical reports and demands to key stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Tertiary qualifications in a logical and/or analytical discipline
