Job Description


This exciting opportunity exists within our Wharf Melbourne team for an Enterprise Growth Specialist. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on developing cold calling skills, managing new business pipelines, and achieving individual targets.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to develop end-to-end supply chain solutions.
  • Monitor customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports.
  • Gain hands-on experience through training and support from experienced staff.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Become a consultative expert in the field of logistics and transportation, providing advice to clients on optimizing their supply chains.

  • A strong background in sales or customer service, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or logistics.
