Role Overview

Telstra is an iconic Aussie brand with a global footprint, aiming to build a connected future where everyone can thrive. As our new Regional Campaign Manager – Adaptive Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth in our International Enterprise business.

About the Job

This role involves executing integrated multi-channel B2B solution campaigns to achieve fiscal year DemandGen campaign objectives. You will focus on Telstra's Enterprise Adaptive Network solutions targeted for various regional markets, including Australia, Southeast Asia, India, and a portion of global MNCs.

Main Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and alliance partners to devise GTM strategies and plans for your enterprise solution campaigns.
  • You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop a customer value proposition that aligns with your region's strategic direction and marketing priorities.
  • You will support research on geo-specific customer and competitor trends, using these insights to guide the development of innovative marketing approaches that drive campaign results and revenue growth.
  • You will develop effective marketing strategies and lead the execution of online/offline campaign tactics to boost awareness and consideration of DemandGen objectives.
  • You will engage with key internal and external stakeholders through regular communication regarding marketing initiatives, ongoing campaigns, relevant marketing tools, customer success stories, upcoming events, and sales enablement programs.
  • You will leverage your understanding of Telstra International's customers, channels, and past experiences to identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges.

Requirements

To excel in this role, we are seeking someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a marketing-related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with event management, such as customer events, internal events, etc.
  • Proven success in B2B digital marketing strategy and tactics.

Desirable Skills

  • Marketing knowledge or background with Enterprise networking solutions (e.g., SD-WAN/SASE/Network Managed Services/Internet/etc).
  • 3+ years as a campaign owner of a B2B multi-channel marketing campaign.
  • Exposure or experience with campaigns across multiple APAC markets.
  • Knowledge or proficiency in using SalesForce and Eloqua to track campaign progress and results, as well as Marketing/Sales pipeline.

We provide a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
