Job Title

We are seeking an employment law specialist to join our organization in a legal counsel role. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to work in a supportive environment and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role
  • Advising on employment contracts, including restraints of trade, entitlements, and confidentiality obligations.
  • Representing the company before relevant tribunals and courts on employment matters.
  • Advising on complex workplace investigations, restructures, redundancies, disciplinary actions, and employment terminations.
  • Advising on WHS compliance, investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
About You
  • You will be an employment lawyer with at least 5 years' experience with a reputable law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Any work health and safety law experience is desirable.
  • You will be a confident communicator who can effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A commercially aware candidate with a pragmatic approach and a good sense of humour is sought.
