Employment Law Specialist - Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As an Employment Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employment law matters, including employee relations, employment litigation and investigations, and compliance with Work Health Safety laws.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have specialist expertise in employment law, a strong understanding of the Fair Work Act, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law matters
  • Conduct employment litigation and investigations
  • Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
  • Provide training and development programs for employees
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in employment law
  • Specialist expertise in employment law, including employee relations, employment litigation and investigations, and compliance with Work Health Safety laws
  • Strong understanding of the Fair Work Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
