Expert Employment Lawyer Opportunity

This is a highly autonomous role with significant client responsibility and the freedom to run your practice as you see fit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and advising clients on employment law matters
  • Representing clients in Commission, Court proceedings
  • Briefing counsel and conducting seminars
  • Preparing employment contracts and providing guidance on adverse actions, dismissals, discrimination, bullying, and awards
  • Participating in IR and safety work

As an experienced employment lawyer, you will be responsible for leading and growing our employment practice.
