Sydney Employment Law Specialist

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with a strong background in Employment law to join our dynamic team based in Sydney.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas including employment, industrial relations, and discrimination.
This role offers the chance to advise on industrial relations matters, handle employment law disputes, review and draft employment & consultancy agreements, ensure compliance with relevant laws, manage health & safety matters, and assist with redundancies and dismissals.
The ideal candidate will have circa 4-8 years PQE and a passion for Employment law. Experience working in a leading law firm environment is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise on industrial relations matters.
- Handle employment law disputes.
- Review and draft employment & consultancy agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage health & safety matters.
- Assist with redundancies and dismissals.
