About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced organisational change management professional to join our multi-stream digital transformation program.

The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders and implementation consultants to successfully deliver a comprehensive change initiative aligned with programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a thorough change management strategy that addresses programme objectives, process improvements, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct assessments to understand the potential impact of changes on people, processes, and the organisation, and develop effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify training requirements and design training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge required to adapt to new processes or systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
About You

We are looking for someone with 8+ years in organisational change management in complex transformation or ERP implementations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain Baseline level AGSVA Security Clearance are also required.
