Digital Transformation Change Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Change Management Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading change initiatives within complex digital transformation programs.
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, business leaders, and end-users.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include- Developing and executing comprehensive change management plans.
- Conducting thorough impact analyses to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs and communication materials to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Proactively identifying and managing resistance to change, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital solutions supporting the new operating model.
- Tracking and measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress to key stakeholders.
You will be an Australian Citizen at the time of application to be eligible for this role.
