Change Manager Job Description

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, experience leading change initiatives within complex Digital Transformation programs, and a proven track record of leading change projects in MS Office 365. They will also possess a strong understanding of change management methodologies and influencing skills to guide leaders through the change process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan in collaboration with business leaders and vendors.
  • Conduct impact analyses to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and communication materials to support stakeholder understanding and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Proactively identify and manage resistance to change, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, business leaders, and end-users to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of digital solutions supporting the new operating model.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on progress to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to guide leaders through the change process.
  • Experience leading change initiatives within complex Digital Transformation programs.
  • Proven track record of leading change projects in MS Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies.
