Digital Transformation is a core objective of the university's operating plan, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies to improve connections, engagement, and collaboration. The digital transformation strategy aims to deliver excellent experiences and outcomes across all student interactions by addressing five key areas:
- Providing a unified view of each student to enhance engagement while ensuring privacy protections.
- Transforming business processes to identify opportunities for improved services and support.
- Enabling personalized, context-specific services throughout the student journey.
- Offering a modern, adaptable technology platform that evolves with the university's needs and connects meaningfully with students.
- Gathering insights and analytics across the student lifecycle to inform service improvements.
About This Role:
- You will develop and coordinate the delivery of the change strategy to implement a new, consolidated, and secure student CRM platform.
- Support the Program Manager in delivering a priority program aligned with the university's digital transformation strategy.
- Drive effective models for strategic initiatives, applying organizational and people change skills to various impacts.
About You:
- Proactive with prior experience leading change management outcomes in higher education.
- Successfully delivered change in large digital transformation projects involving people, processes, technology, and culture.
