Senior Digital Transformation Professional

We are seeking a seasoned senior digital transformation professional to play a pivotal role in driving staff engagement and adoption over the life of a large digital transformation program.
The program aims to enhance student experience and service delivery through the successful implementation of an advanced student CRM (Salesforce). The selected candidate will contribute to the realisation of our vision for comprehensive student engagement and service delivery by equipping our staff to embrace digital transformation.
The Student CRM Program is delivering a cutting-edge student CRM (Salesforce) to achieve holistic student engagement and service delivery, enabling us to:
- Provide a unified, 360-degree view of each student for improved engagement (while ensuring privacy protection).
- Transform service delivery to enhance student experience and connection with us by providing personalised services to support students throughout their journey.
- Implement a technology platform adaptable to evolving needs, fostering individualised student interaction.
- Acquire insights and analytics across the student journey, refining student services and experiences.
- Phase out legacy systems.
You will report directly to the Project Manager, designing and implementing a comprehensive approach to organisational change, engaging with and supporting our staff community from senior leaders to front-line teams. You'll be part of a multi-discipline project team working to ensure we deliver tangible value to our staff and students.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse, design and enable complex organisational change in our Student Lifecycle (CRM) Program.
- Equip our staff to enhance student experience and service delivery through the successful implementation of an advanced student CRM (Salesforce).
- Contribute to the realisation of our vision for comprehensive student engagement and service delivery.
- Design and implement a comprehensive approach to organisational change, engaging with and supporting our staff community.
This role requires a self-starting individual with excellent work organisation and time management skills and ability to remain resilient when under pressure. You will have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
A minimum of 5 years' experience leading organisational change for transformation programs is required. A proven track record of successfully realising change objectives in complex organisational structures is also necessary. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders across our institution are essential.
