Job Opportunity
The role of Digital Transformation Specialist plays a critical part in leading and supporting enterprise transformation efforts across the organization. This position is responsible for driving process improvement, implementing fit-for-purpose digital solutions, and co-developing a strategic roadmap that aligns with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business and growth objectives.
- Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
- Engage and collaborate with key subject matter experts and business unit leads to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
- Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise to enhance operational flexibility and decision-making.
- Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
- Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
- Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SME's and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a delivery mindset.
