Job Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to lead digital transformation projects.

This role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness.

Key responsibilities include developing executable change impact assessments, designing and delivering change and communication plans, and providing hands-on support to the business in critical periods.

As a Change Management Specialist, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan and facilitate client workshops, and work on client sites to immerse yourself into the problem space.

Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed are essential qualities for this role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving, are also crucial.

Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools is desirable but not necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager on digital transformation projects
  • A deep passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies
  • Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements and define solution scope
  • Understanding of digital technologies, such as Salesforce Health Cloud and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience with agile tooling such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft ADO, Miro, etc
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Willingness to travel within the country (where practical and possible)
