About the Role:

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you'll play a critical role in creating, executing, and reporting CRM direct marketing campaigns across the SRG Group. Your exceptional coordination skills will enable you to efficiently plan and deliver campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the effective end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across the Group.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Contribute to attracting, engaging, and enhancing the customer experience to foster brand loyalty.
  • Reporting & Insights: Ensure timely and accurate reporting is available to all brands.
  • Testing: Collaborate on the delivery of EDMs to ensure the best outcome for customers.
  • Relationship Management: Foster effective stakeholder relationships to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks.

About You:

  • You'll have experience in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role, with database management expertise.
  • You'll be highly organized, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • You'll possess strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • You'll have a high degree of administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
  • You'll have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You'll be proficient in MS Office, with the ability to work with large datasets.
