Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are undertaken with care and attention to detail.
  • Build trust with our customers through proactive outbound support, onboarding, and ensuring our solutions provide the best value for our clients.
  • Assist in the provisioning, delivery, and management of CDC solutions, providing a seamless experience for our customers, internal staff, and suppliers.
  • Remove roadblocks for our customers, making it easy to do business with CDC.
  • Perform workflow system and administrative updates.
  • Capture customer information and detail various touch points in the customer journey.
About You

This role would be suitable for a candidate with a background in client service or success. Previous exposure to contract management, SLA reporting, problem-solving, and client relationship building is essential.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets, and/or CRM tools.
Requirements

Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance is essential.
