About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator - CRM Campaigns. You'll be responsible for creating, executing, and reporting CRM direct marketing campaigns across the SRG Group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Support the effective end-to-end planning and delivery of CRM campaigns across the Group.
  • Customer Experience Optimisation: Support attracting, engaging, and enhancing the customer experience to enable brand loyalty.
  • Reporting & Insights: Ensure timely and accurate reporting is available to all brands.
  • Testing: Contribute to the delivery of EDMs to ensure the best outcome for the customer is reached.
  • Relationship Management: Foster effective stakeholder relationships to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Administration: Ensure timely and accurate completion of admin tasks.
About You
  • You'll have experience in a CRM, digital, or technology-focused marketing role, with database management.
  • You'll be highly organised, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • You'll have strong ability to build and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • You'll have a high degree of admin/coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • You'll have exceptional verbal and written communication ability.
  • You'll have strong MS Office skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
