Event Manager Position

This role is responsible for taking event management to the next level by overseeing a calendar of premium experiences for influential leaders and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-profile programs such as Welcome Evenings and Keynotes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection and post-event follow-up.
  • Build relationships with members, ensuring engagement and value at every touchpoint.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and Relationship Managers to deliver seamless events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Event Management or Executive Assistant support.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to thrive under deadlines.
  • A natural multitasker with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills when liaising with CEOs and senior leaders.
  • Analytical and able to work autonomously.
