Life Changing Support Specialist

About this Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Life Changing Support Specialist to join our team in supporting individuals with disability to live fulfilling lives.
This is a permanent part-time role working in shared living accommodation in Northern Beaches with three clients who require support with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred programs to support clients in participating in their community and living an active lifestyle.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families and other professionals to implement behaviour support plans using positive strategies.
- Assist with personal care, hygiene and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking and cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with families about client progress and maintain accurate records.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate and energetic individual with a background in disability support. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to delivering high-quality support to our clients.
