Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Field Applications Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing technical support and training to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-field application, training, and troubleshooting support to internal and external customers.
  • Develop training programs for organisational members and customers.
  • Conduct system seminars, installations, training, and connectivity solutions.
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers.
  • Support new product launches.
  • Assist sales personnel pre- and post-sale.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a life science laboratory, with strong technical understanding of laboratory procedures and changing trends.
  • A minimum qualification of PhD in Life Sciences and/or an associated discipline.
  • Superior technical and application knowledge of life science methodologies and data management software.
  • Proactive and passionate about maintaining a high standard of support.
  • Superior presentation and training skills.
  • Molecular Biology background, including qPCR, Western Blotting, and imaging.
  • Experience with Bio-Rad instruments/software is highly advantageous.
