We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Practitioner to support individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities in living fulfilling lives.

About the Role

This permanent opportunity is for a Disability Support Practitioner to work alongside our team at a group home in Forestville. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized support in a group home setting
  • Providing in-home support by assisting clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Building positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NSW Driver's License (preferred)
  • To live locally to the mentioned locations
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, 3-4 days, across various shift times
