This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. As a compassionate and caring Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting an individual living with Cerebral Palsy.
We are seeking a dedicated professional who can provide person-centred care, promote independence, and enhance the quality of life for our client. Your key responsibilities will include supporting daily living tasks, accompanying our client to community events and activities, and promoting their overall well-being.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of the individual's progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this challenging yet rewarding role.
