As a Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting our client families during their time of need.
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating AV presentations for services and working closely with Funeral Directors to ensure seamless execution
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Chapels and surrounding areas
- Providing emotional support to families as they farewell their loved ones
- Working collaboratively with operations staff to deliver exceptional administrative support services
Key qualifications include:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing situations
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
