About the Position
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Client Partnerships Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering value to our customers who have made significant investments in Sales Navigator as part of their growth strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
You'll be the customer-facing sales representative and play a key role in the global account strategy of your region with a high level of collaboration with the global account team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Meeting consistently with the Global Client Director of your named accounts to align on account goals, strategies, and tactics for growth and then building territory and account plans.
- Developing and executing a tailored value-based strategy for building strong partnerships with the most strategic group of customers for our business line.
- Providing high-quality customer engagement activities with the solutions they invested in, for example quarterly business reviews, ROI conversations, etc.
- Negotiating and closing all orders with the larger LinkedIn investment in mind and providing post-contract support to ensure product delivery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in both individual and team sales environments.
- Proven success in selling a brand new, disruptive technology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
