About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of relationships with major distributors and resellers across the Pacific region to build loyalty and drive account retention.
  • Understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and expand market share.
  • Lead training and onboarding initiatives to ensure customers effectively adopt and utilise the technologies.
  • Oversee contracts with distributors and resellers, ensuring year-on-year growth and compliance.
About You
  • Proven success in account management, demonstrating a strong track record of sales growth and account retention, particularly within the medical or healthcare sector.
  • Extensive experience managing large distributors and resellers in a B2B sales environment.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
