We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Service Growth Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads and managing opportunities contributing to service sales growth in Oceania with a focus on services portfolio pertinent to the water industry within Service Division reporting to Service Sales Manager – Food & Water.

You will develop business with existing and new customers to grow service business covering the entire service portfolio. You will execute agreed sales strategies to deliver annual sales budgets with target margins.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing technical and value-based quotations capturing customer needs and stressing unique selling points through consultative selling.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and understanding market insights and customers' buying behavior, establishing clear segmentation, and implementing suitable business growth strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through active lead and opportunity management and conversion to real business opportunities.
  • Actively following up on quotations to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it is matching customer needs.
