Role Overview

This role as an e-Commerce National Account Manager involves building relationships with partners/e-retailers, analyzing business performance across online marketplaces, and ensuring key customer deliverables are met. Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships with key accounts like Amazon, creating collaborative plans to drive mutual success and sustainable growth.
  • Digital Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives and maximize revenue within the e-commerce segment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies and enhance overall account performance.
  • Internal Collaboration: Effectively manage stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, category marketing, and logistics.
  • Industry Intelligence: Leverage company data systems to gather insights on industry trends and competitor behavior.
  • Regular Reporting: Present timely and informative reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  • Digital Channel Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance Kenvue's digital presence.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in e-Commerce or digital sales management.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing national e-commerce accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High motivation levels, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
