We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Sydney. This isn't your average BDM role. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage and nurture a steady stream of warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and goals.
  • Own and deliver persuasive pitches to prospective clients.
  • Present tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Strategy team for technical audits and proposals.
  • Focus on consultative selling and building strong client relationships.
  • Drive the sales process from initial engagement through to deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client success.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue growth targets and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and website functionality.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in a digital agency or tech-driven environment.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales style with a focus on client success.
  • Confident in pitching, presenting, and closing deals.
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to uncover client needs and craft tailored strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Growth-minded, eager to learn, and driven to achieve.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, people-first attitude.
  • Results-oriented and motivated by goals, impact, and success.
