Drive Business Growth with Strategic Campaigns and Partnerships

About the Role

This key position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to shape our company's growth strategy. As a marketing leader, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated campaign planning, workflow design, event management, and co-marketing programs.
  • Design and manage CRM/HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and customer communication.
  • Create and manage annual events and activations calendar, including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Establish and manage co-marketing programs with key partners, such as OEMs, fleets, energy providers, and installers.
  • Own campaign and event measurement, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and industry bodies.
We're Looking For

A highly skilled marketing professional with 6+ years of experience in campaigns, events, partnerships, or CRM, preferably in tech, sustainability, automotive, or energy. Proven success running end-to-end integrated campaigns with HubSpot expertise is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, confidence negotiating partnerships, and excellent project management skills. A collaborative approach, stakeholder management skills, and a balance of creativity and data-driven decision making are also required.
