Marketing Business Development Lead

This position reports directly to the General Manager, ANZ, with a focus on growing the business through ROI-driven strategies for brand, sports sponsorship, NDP, social media, segmentation, and country projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Lead local implementation of corporate business priorities.
- Drive innovative approaches to SEO and SEM campaigns.
- Manage new product development, including conceptualization, product positioning, and launch planning.
- Analyze portfolio performance and provide guidance to markets to drive consumption.
- Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation.
- Develop and execute successful campaigns, such as Get Moving with Good Nutrition.

Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualification with proven achievements in marketing.
- Strong project management skills.
- Digital literacy and comfort.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen.
